The American Legion is pleased to announce an exciting new service to our members. This service is a direct result of our partnership with Avue Technologies Corporation.

There are few employment issues more important to veterans than understanding the Federal hiring process. Maneuvering through this process for the uninitiated seems, to many, to require a near mystical understanding that few possess. It often engenders an environment in which access to information is for the few, with many missed opportunities for the rest. The American Legion and Avue Technologies are working together to provide Legion members with better access and information through this employment site. By doing so, we expand the presence of veterans available for Federal jobs and related opportunities.

Through this site, you will be able to search for Federal jobs by geographic location, have exclusive access to Avue's Career Choice Advisor, get useful information on special hiring authorities for veterans, learn how veterans' preference is used in the Federal hiring process, get tips on marketing your military experience, and a host of other information designed to address the special information needs of our country's veterans.
